Research and studies have proven day by day the incredible benefits of rosemary herbs; many people use it to add flavor to many dishes, and I use it mainly to flavor potatoes and lamb and as a medicinal herb. The rosemary herb not only tastes good in culinary dishes but is also a good source of iron, calcium, and vitamin b6. Rosemary herbs contain caffeic acid, carnosic acid, carnosol, rosemarinic acid, anti-inflammatories, and anti-oxidants.

Concentration and memory neuroprotective:

Rosemary is a brain tonic. It seems to improve concentration and memory. It stimulates the circulatory system, bringing more oxygen to the brain. The carnosic acid found in rosemary also has neuroprotective effects.

Migraine and circulatory problems:

Rosemary improves blood circulation. It is used for cardiovascular conditions, poor circulation, and low blood pressure. These same tonic properties make it an excellent choice to relieve headaches, especially migraines. Rosemary has a mild analgesic effect, but the main relief comes from opening the blood flow to the brain.

Inflammation, colitis, arthritis:

The analgesic properties and anti-inflammatory properties help to reduce pain and swelling of inflamed joints from
Arthritis. People report that it helps the pain and swelling but does not entirely relieve it, so it is usually used with other herbs. It also reduces intestinal inflammation.

Antifungal:

Rosemary oil is an excellent antibacterial and antifungal and is traditionally used to reduce the growth of germs and microbes.

Rosemary herb for hair loss:

Research has shown that Rosemary essential oil is equally effective as a prescription hair restorer, Minoxidil. Apply it to the scalp in a carrier oil (coconut oil) and keep using it long-term.

Anti-cancer and hepatoprotective:

Rosemary has been studied for various types of cancer. Its many properties, such as caffeic acid, carnosic acid, carnosol, and rosemarinic acid, help fight cancer and protect the liver.

Rosemary Mouthwash:

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and remove it from the heat. Steep one heaping tablespoon of dried rosemary flowers and leaves in the water for 30 minutes. Store the mouthwash tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

It’s important to note that while these herbs can be effective, they should be used as a complementary treatment and not as a replacement for medical advice. Please consult a healthcare professional before starting any treatment. For more article
